Shipping arrangements: In most cases, all deliveries will be dispatched within 2-4 business days after successful payment.

Charges: Free shipping for single purchases over £60.00. For orders under £60.00, shipping fees are as follows:

Under 1000g -- £6.00

1000g - 2000g -- £7.50

2000g - 10,000g -- £9.50

Over 10,000g -- £15.00

All prices listed in our store are inclusive of tax.

Shipping method: Your goods will be sent via Royal Mail.

Delivery time: We expect UK domestic orders to take approximately 1-3 business days under normal circumstances (depending on the shipping service provider).

Remarks:

1. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, and peak seasons may cause delays in receipt.

2. We do not purchase any insurance for all mailed orders. Customers are responsible for any loss during postal delivery.

3. Business days are weekdays (Monday to Friday); public holidays and statutory holidays are non-business days.
