Our natural floral teas, natural soup bases, and dried seafood are all air-freighted to the UK from long-established dried seafood and traditional Chinese medicine shops in Sai Wan, Hong Kong.

All our Hong Kong-style delicacies are homemade, using natural ingredients and prepared hygienically.

Pea pudding, red bean pudding, sago pudding, put chai ko, curry fish balls, curry beef brisket... all with the taste and sentiment of Hong Kong.
